Descent
A cursed dungeon, regenerated every run. Descend as far as you can. Something down there gets stronger the deeper you go — so does your gear, if you're careful about what you carry and how you spend it.
DESCENT is a turn-based roguelike: no twitch reflexes, no real-time panic. Every move is a decision. Walk into an enemy to attack it. Walk past it if you'd rather not fight. Your torch burns down every turn you take, and when it dies the dark wakes things that were sleeping.
THREE THREATS, THREE RULES TO LEARN — Shambler: slow, but always knows you're nearby — Lurker: sleeps until you're in the dark, then hunts from far off — The Warden: guards the stairs on floor five. It doesn't move.
FIVE FLOORS, ONE RUN, REAL STAKES Procedurally generated on every attempt — same threats, different dungeon. Die, and the run ends for good. But what floor you reached carries forward: small permanent unlocks make the next descent a little more survivable, so failed runs still feel like progress.
